What can the voucher be used for?
Art vouchers are designed primarily for the selection of original artwork from participating local artists. If the selected artwork is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance may be applied toward other eligible products, services, events, or offerings available through Athena VII.
When does the voucher expire?
Athena VII vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, providing ample time to browse, select, and redeem the gift.
Can the recipient use a partial balance?
Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the same voucher for future use. A $500 voucher can become an $80 piece of jewelry today, brunch for two next month, and a Friday night event ticket after that.
Can I schedule the voucher to arrive on a specific date?
Yes. Simply choose the delivery date during checkout — whether it's a birthday, closing day, anniversary, or special occasion — and we'll deliver the gift email at the right moment.
My recipient didn't receive the email.
Most delivery issues are resolved by checking the spam or junk folder and searching for "Athena VII" or "voucher." If the email still can't be found, contact manager@athenavii.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help.
Can I get a printed version to hand-deliver?
While vouchers are delivered digitally, the confirmation email may be printed and included in a card or gift package. The recipient can redeem the voucher online or present the voucher information at Athena VII.
Are refunds or exchanges available?
Voucher purchases are non-refundable. Vouchers remain valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be redeemed toward eligible artwork, products, services, events, and experiences offered by Athena VII at the time of redemption.
Does the recipient have to choose artwork?
No. While many recipients use their voucher to select original artwork, vouchers may also be redeemed toward other eligible products, services, events, and experiences offered through Athena VII at the time of redemption.
What if the artwork costs more than the voucher amount?
Recipients may apply the voucher value toward the purchase and pay the difference if they choose an item that exceeds the available balance.
What if the artwork costs less than the voucher amount?
Any remaining balance stays available on the same voucher for future use until the voucher expires.
How will I know when my artwork is ready for pickup?
Once the selected artwork is available for pickup, Athena VII will notify the recipient by email with pickup instructions and details.
Does Athena VII keep artwork in stock?
Some artwork is available immediately, while other pieces may need to be delivered by the artist. If additional time is needed, Athena VII will coordinate the process and keep the recipient informed.
